Baton Course

The Baton Permit course teaches you how to use a baton safely and legally. Our eight hour course includes lectures and discussion that cover topics such as legal and moral aspects, use of force, and proper baton use. Demonstrations and practical application will provide instruction for first aid of baton injuries, defensive tactics, and much more. We will provide you with proof of completion of the baton training course to submit with your BSIS Baton Permit application (additional fees apply). We offer the baton course to licensed security officers or baton permit holders needing to renew their permit.

Refund Policy

By enrolling in our training courses, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy as outlined below:

Refund Eligibility

Students/customers who cancel their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Class

Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made.

No Call / No Show Policy

If a student/customer fails to attend the scheduled class without prior notice (no call / no show), no refund will be issued. However, the customer will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future class. Credit is non-transferable and must be used within [insert time limit, e.g., 90 days] from the original class date.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to training@hammerheadprotection.com and Anil@hammerheadprotection.com. The date of the email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be given the option of a full refund or transfer to another class.
